What can I expect during the first visit?
A physical therapist will perform an initial evaluation, including review of your medical history, assessment of posture, joint mobility, range of motion, strength, muscle integrity and flexibility. Some portion of your treatment will begin, and follow-up appointments will be scheduled. The initial visit usually takes about one hour.

What should I bring to my first visit?
Comfortable workout clothes, sneakers, your prescription and your insurance information.

Do I have to have a prescription/doctor’s consent to receive physical therapy?

What insurance policies do you accept?
We participate with most insurance plans, as well as Personal Injury Cases, Worker’s Compensation and No-Fault Cases/Auto & Unions. See the Accepted Insurances section for a complete list. To determine if your insurance provider covers our services, contact us for an insurance review.

How are payments set up?
Patients may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles. We accept cash, check and credit cards.

Are all of your therapists licensed?
All care is provided by licensed physical therapists consulting with your physicians. Our therapists, including orthopedic certified specialists, are exceptionally well trained, with postgraduate Doctorate and Master’s Degrees, as well as Certification in Strength and Conditioning. All physical therapy assistants are also certified.
